Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be longer during new product releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Available shipping methods may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and are provided by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

FREE SHIPPING
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your package is accepted.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or there appears to be an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.
